Syracuse Post Standard, 29-Aug-2005: Dorothy Fuchsman, 82, a resident of Syracuse for 45 years, died Saturday, August 27, 2005, at the Jewish Home at Menorah Park. Mrs. Fuchsman was a sales associate with Dey Brother's until her retirement in 1983. She was a member of Temple Beth El and its Sisterhood. Survived by her husband of 57 years, Paul Fuchsman; son, Alan Fuchsman; daughters, Joan and Rita Fuchsman; sister, Shirley Dubin; and two grandchildren, Maddie and Dillon Fuchsman. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, August 30, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Birnbaum Funeral Chapel. Friends may call on Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the chapel, 1909 East Fayette Street. Burial will be in Beth El Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Temple Beth El or Koman Cancer Fund. Birnbaum Funeral Service, Inc.
